Editions & authenticity
What you collect.
Every elsolal work exists in three editions. They share one image and differ in everything else: the paper, the rarity, the hand that finishes them, and the proof they carry.

01 · Open edition
Print
The image to the edge of the sheet, on matte fine-art paper.
- Four sizes, from 21 × 30 cm to 61 × 91 cm.
- Unframed, or framed in white, black or natural wood under plexiglass.
- Printed on demand and delivered in 5 to 10 days.
Not signed or numbered: an open edition, printed for as long as the work lives.
Available · From €45

02 · Limited edition
Numbered art
The same image, set in a white margin like an etching, on museum-quality 100% cotton paper.
- Signed and numbered in pencil by the artist, blind-stamped with the elsolal mark.
- One size, and a run fixed in advance that is never reprinted.
- Sent flat, in a rigid portfolio with tissue paper and a word from the artist.
Each print carries its certificate and its chip.

03 · Unique piece
Original painting
The painting itself, in mixed techniques and oil on canvas. There is only one.
- Signed, titled and dated by the artist on the back of the canvas.
- Shipped from the studio in a crate, insured.
It carries its certificate and its chip, with photographs of its paint.

Authenticity
Every piece carries its proof.
Numbered prints and original paintings leave the studio with three proofs that travel with them: a chip, a record no one can rewrite, and a certificate signed by hand.
The elsolal mark, drawn in dots, unravels into an NFC chip that turns, sends waves to a phone, and lights up as its record is written.
01 · The chip
A chip on the back
A tamper-proof NFC chip is set on the back of every numbered print and every painting. Try to peel it off and it breaks: it can never move to a copy.
02 · The tap
Hold a phone to it
The work’s certificate opens: its title, its number, the date, the artist’s signature, and every owner since the studio.
03 · The record
Written on Bitcoin
With Verisart, each certificate leaves its fingerprint on Bitcoin, the oldest public ledger, kept by thousands of computers. What is written there cannot be changed. No NFT, nothing to buy or trade.
04 · The paper
A certificate in the box
Signed by the artist and sealed with a hologram, it travels with the work. The studio keeps an archive of every record, which can be checked even without Verisart.
Certified with Verisart
An independent witness.
Verisart, a British and American company, certifies the works of artists and galleries. Its certificates are anchored on Bitcoin and its chips are tamper-proof: the proof does not rest on our word alone.
Every certificate can also be downloaded as an archive and checked with Verisart’s own open tool, so the proof outlives any company, ours included.

On a painting
The chip sits on the wooden stretcher, never on the canvas. The certificate also holds close-up photographs of the paint: its relief cannot be copied, the surest fingerprint of an original.
Questions
- Are prints signed?
- No. Prints are open editions, printed on demand in four sizes. The signed and numbered pieces are the Numbered art editions, on cotton paper, each with its certificate and chip.
- What if I sell the work one day?
- Its certificate follows it. The new owner enters its history, and the chip keeps opening the same certificate.
- And if the chip is damaged?
- The chip is only the quick way in. The certificate, its record on Bitcoin and the photographs of the work remain the proof, and the studio can set a new chip: that too enters the history.
